Ganesh and Prakash

Can find them on their Facebook page:
Prakash got introduced to yoga early in his childhood. When 16 years old he decided to get seriously into yoga practice: start at 5am, at least 3-4 hours of intensive exercise every day.
He was influenced by Baba Ramdev, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and Iyengar.

He attended the professional course of Hatha Yoga and gained certification with 'Yoga Alliance'.
He is also certified yoga instructor by American College of Sports Medicine.

Now he is studying @Stevenson College Edinburgh  HNC - Fitness, Health and Exercise.
Every Wednesday from 12.30 to 1pm @Stevenson Sports Centre they volunteered to teach yoga sessions for free, and anyone who wants to attend is welcome.

In his opinion yoga is a great start for all people who have in their head the idea 'I can't exercise'.
Yoga can help improving fitness: strength, flexibility, endurance. Yoga can alos help special populations: there are exercises for children, for pre and post-natal women, for disabled; Yoga can provide reliable help for people with medical conditions (asthma, gastric problems, stress), and use of yoga for weightloss is not  new.

Everyone who wants to take control over one's body and mind can get into yoga. With proper instruction and perseverance anyone can progress and improve whatever aspect one chooses to work on.

Yoga can help in stress relief, mind relaxation and increasing self-awareness and Prakash believes that people who experience a high level of stress in their daily lives can offer themselves the best medicine by doing regularly specific, stress relaxation oriented, yoga routines.
